Job Description:
MS Outlook scheduling and maintaining multiple calendars Heavy travel arrangements Frequent meeting and event planning Data management in MS Excel Creating and editing MS PowerPoint presentations Creating and editing MS Word documents Heavy data processing in proprietary software systems Flexible hours to support the executive's schedule Required Skills:
Bilingual Korean skills required:
fluent in both written and spoken English and Korean Executive administrative support experience in a large corporation Experience supporting multiple executive and large work groups Some experience working with Graphic Design Software preferred Travel arrangements Experience planning meetings and events in the local market Excellent phone etiquette and strong customer service skills Very strong background with Outlook scheduling and Advanced Excel functions Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong organization skills Strong ability to prioritize, multitask and meet set deadlines BTI Solutions, Inc.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
