Inbound Customer Service/Sales Representatives wanted to work in an inbound call center in Spring Hill area. No cold calling or telemarketing. Will be providing customer support to clients of the company and some suggestive sales based on customer needs. Training on products and customer service techniques will be provided - 4-6 weeks. Pay rate is $10.5 per hour for start, performance based bonuses and medical benefits after the training period.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must pass criminal background check and a drug test
Must have a reliable transportation as the position is not on a bus line
Must be available to work full time hours (40 hrs/week)between 8 am and 8 pm, Mon-Sat.
Must be available to work every other Saturday and have a day off during the week.
Must be computer proficient
Communication and listening skills.
