Optician needed for private optometric practice in the Spring Hill, TN area:
Experience not required. Must be a team player, strong salesperson, and willing to learn and participate in all operations of the office. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required with a professional appearance.
Optician duties include: Maintaining frame inventory; working with line sales reps; selling, fitting, repairing and dispensing eyewear; processing and monitoring all lab jobs; and ordering supplies needed for optical.
We are a small office so you will have an opportunity to learn every aspect of taking a patient back from start to finish.
Experience in optical or retail is a plus, but not required. We will train you.
This is a full-time position. Office Hours: M-F 8:30-5:30, no weekends or holidays.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
