Full Charge Bookkeeper - Spring Hill, TN - Temp to Possible Hire
Frontline Source Group - temporary staffing and direct hire firm - is offering an excellent opportunity to join the team of one of our clients in Spring Hill.
Small Construction business is looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to start immediately!
Your Role:
This bookkeeper must be very efficient in Quickbooks Pro for Construction and able to work effectively in a very fast paced environment. Will be changing to RFMS system in a few months.
Job duties include handling all aspects of A/P and A/R; bank deposits; billing and invoicing; job costing; bank reconciliations, payroll and timesheet processing; quarterly tax returns. Will be making proactive collection calls for accounts receivables. Responsibilities include paying all subcontractors and commissions as well.
Bookkeeper will be handling multiple construction checkbooks (5).

Associate's Degree
Must be very organized and proficient in Excel, Work, Powerpoint, and Quickbooks (including Inventory).
